Every month, a calamity strikes — at midnight on the first. Every planet's geography is torn apart and rebuilt from scratch. Enemy factions shift across worlds. The skill capsules you can find — and where — completely change. The seven dragon balls scatter to new locations.


Your character survives. Your power level, your skills, your hard-won equipment — all persist. But the hunt begins again. No cycle ever plays the same way twice.


Each cycle picks one Ascendant Faction — the cycle's threat. Their mobs hit harder and drop richer loot, but every kill chips a community HP pool that the whole server shares. Drain it to zero before calamity strikes and everyone earns a persistent +5% capsule XP boon for the rest of the cycle. The reset isn't a wipe — it's a verdict.

SAIYAN
Rage Resource
Born for the fight. Saiyans grow through pain. Every hit they take feeds Rage, and Rage is their currency for ruin. The full Super Saiyan chain is theirs alone, capping at SS3's terrible weight.

EARTHLING
Determination Resource
Limited innate power, compensated by martial-arts mastery and technique refinement. Earthlings have no race resource that ramps in combat. What they have is Third Eye (passive read of incoming intent), Human Will (cornered Earthlings hit hardest), the Tien / Krillin / Roshi signature attacks (Tri-Beam, Destructo Disc, Solar Flare), and Maximum Power, an overdrive that answers raw power with sheer technique: faster, fiercer, relentless, and paid for in their own vitality. The line is canon: Roshi, Krillin, Tien, Chaotzu, Yamcha all pushed past their limits and paid the cost. Earthlings are who you become when the universe says 'no' and you say 'try me.'

Zen Resource
Slow-blooded warrior-monks of a quieter universe. Namekians grow through stillness. Their Zen builds in meditation between fights, not during them. Their bodies regrow what is taken. Patience is their advantage; brute force never was.

Resolve Resource
Half-Saiyan, half-Earthling, and the better-for-it. Their Resolve spikes at HP thresholds, sharpest near death, and the Mystic awakening trades the SS3 ceiling for a longer-burning power state. Where pure Saiyans peak in raw multiplier, hybrids peak in *uptime*.

Fear Resource
The cold-blooded refinement of energy combat. Icers see fights in geometries: angles, openings, kill timings. Fear builds with every kill they land, and at high Fear they execute wounded targets without finishing the swing. Their forms ascend in surgical, precise increments.

ANDROID
Threat Model Resource
Built for war. Androids don't tire. Their power cores never run dry. They cannot be sensed by the living's ki-arts below master-tier scanning; their bodies are remembered, not felt. Every fight is studied (a Threat Model entry per opponent template), and the more you've seen, the more dangerous you become against what you've seen before. Apex forms are not transformations but engineering upgrades: components integrate into the chassis, or an absorbed energy mirror fuses with the core.

BIO-ANDROID
Adaptation Resource
Engineered from a dozen warriors' DNA. Bio-Androids LEARN inside a fight. Every tick against the same target sharpens their next strike. They peak when they refuse to disengage; the longer they hunt, the deadlier they get. They also absorb biomass from every killing blow. Small PL spikes on kills feed a lifetime counter that gates their full form ladder (Larva → Imperfect → Semi-Perfect → Perfect → Ultra Perfect → Maximum).

MAJIN
Absorption Resource
Ancient magical flesh. Majins LEARN through eating. Every kill spills a little of the dead foe's technique into the Majin's repertoire, even without a capsule. They don't study; they devour. Their form ladder (Innocent → Super → Kid) maps the canon Buu arc: from disciplined-cheerful, through absorption-empowered, to primal regression. They wield `absorb` as a starter skill, actively consume weakened targets for XP bursts, fill slots in Super Form for combat bonuses, and lose-slots-to-grow-primal toward Kid Form.
On any kill: gain a sliver of XP for one of the mob's signature skills, even without a capsule
Once a Majin absorbs a race-locked skill (Saiyan Charge, Galick Gun, etc.) it's permanently theirs. Capsules for that skill grant XP forever afterwards. Other races can't even consume those capsules.

Beerus's people. Born final-form, they don't transform because they don't need to. The power is innate, not earned through trial. They scale faster than any other race and discharge accumulated Hakai into single annihilating strikes.
